For decades as the Cake & Icing Centre, and now as Studio Cakes, we are happy to provide our freshly milled pure icing sugar for purchase.

This is Australian grown sugar, freshly milled to superfine granules with no added ingredients. Our sugar is ordered direct from the mill and is a soft powdery consistency, perfect for making into icings, baking or sweet treats.  

Pure icing sugar is a key ingredient in our house-made royal icing, flower paste and fondant.
